Ekee Ehrlich, Esq.
As a young child, Ms. Ehrlich was impressed by her uncle who was an attorney at the time, and she wanted to follow in his footsteps. Her passion for law matured into her present practice of law. She is result-driven and dedicated to obtaining the best results for her clients.
Her interaction is personal and tailored to the specific legal needs of each client. She listens to each client’s situation and surrounding circumstances to ensure that each one of them receives the best legal counsel to their case. C. Frannie Benjamin-Ndubisi, LL.M
Legal Operations Director
Frannie is a legal professional with a law degree (JD equivalent), from the University of Benin, after which she immediately attended the University of Georgia school of Law where she gained her Master of Laws degree (LL.M). And is currently on the route to becoming eligible to take the Florida bar exam. Frannie is licensed to practice law in Nigeria and the Gambia, and she brings that vast legal knowledge from multiple jurisdictions across the world to the firm. She currently manages most of the firm’s personal injury cases and serves as our international lawyer liaison on immigration matters to our U.S. based-clients looking to help relatives legally immigrate from parts of West Africa into the USA. Frannie is loved by our clients and everyone because of the positive attitude she brings to her work, she is personable and passionate about her work, and willing to help clients both during and outside work hours. When away from work Frannie enjoys singing, attending church and worship gatherings, she also loves staying home and spending time with her family, especially her daughter Ugonna and speaks English and French.
Judy Scott-James, J.D.
Manager of Special Legal Projects
Ms. Scott-James is a native of Jacksonville, Florida and a proud graduate of Edward Waters University in Business Organizational Management. She received her Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida. She has been teaching paralegal classes in higher education for over 17 years. She is a Florida-licenced Realtor® as well as a retired Banking Center Manager with a passion for helping others.
Judy has a great understanding of the legal profession and with this knowledge she is able to assist our clients in the handling of their immigration cases as well as other legal needs.
Judy is a fierce advocate for people in need and her work ethic and client relationships reflective of this.
Ana Monaghan
Case Manager
Ana has a background in customer service and banking, spanning over 30 years. She handles all inquiries and manages the overall operations of our office as well as provides support to other members of our team.
Her lively personality is a great asset and she lights up the office; and our clients love her and so do we. Ana is originally from Ecuador and speaks Spanish fluently.
Cristian Chapparo
Case Manager
Mr. Chapparo is a native of Colombia where he earned his law degree with a Masters in Criminology and Victimology. He has over ten years experience working in the legal field. While in Colombia he worked as an attorney in charge of legislative cases, taxes and collections.
At our firm, Cristian is in charge of client intake which involves day to day client interaction, supervision and management of client cases and providing updates on the progress of cases to the clients. With his proficiency in Spanish he is a great asset to our Spanish-speaking clients who depend on his expertise to handle their cases.
Carolina Madarriaga
Legal Assistant
Carolina is the first point of contact at our firm. She has an extensive background in customer service helping with client intake, scheduling appointments, document collection and review as well as assisting in management of client case processes. Our clients enjoy working with her because she is knowledgeable and has a calming and friendly demeanor. Carolina speaks English and Spanish fluently.
